Harvesting Methods: Manual cropping onto nets from the and of October to the beginning of November, pressed within 24 hours.
Extraction Method: Low temperature continuous cicle
Colours: Subtle green with yellow hues
Aroma: Fruity with hints of grass and breen tomatoes
Flavour: Fruity, well orchestrated with spicy hues accompained by aromas of artichoke and green glass
Serving suggestion: Excelents with vegetable soup, cooked vegetable, raw vegetables and dips, bruschetta, salad roast meat and fish.
